Partnerships and Visits Notice

Notice for international partner universities

As the 2025 academic year concludes at the University of Cape Town, staff across the university will be intermittently away from their desks for their summer holidays and the festive season break.

During this time and early in 2026, the International Office will be primarily focused on preparing for the international student intake for the 2026 academic year and will not be available to host visiting international delegations seeking to establish new partnerships.

We will be available for requests for new partnership and visits from mid-February 2026.

Requests to visit or establish partnerships in 2026 can be submitted via our portal at: https://crmportal.uct.ac.za/. (Please register and then sign in to submit a visit or collaboration request.)
